These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Research use only
All products sold on this website are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not medicines, food, cosmetics or medical devices, have not been approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be used for self-administration, clinical treatment or consumption of any kind.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are buying the products for lawful laboratory research use only;
- you have the knowledge and facilities to handle, store and dispose of the products safely; and
- you will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you regarding the purchase, handling and use of the products.
We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, if we have reason to believe these conditions are not being met.
3. Product information
We take care to make sure product information on our website is accurate. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim about what a product is suitable for, and we cannot give advice on dosing, administration or use.
4. Your account
You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any orders placed using it. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. We will email you to confirm we have received it. This is not acceptance of your order. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if there is an error in the price or description, or for the reasons in section 2. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Delivery charges are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
We currently accept payment by bank transfer. After you place your order, we will give you our bank details and a payment reference. We dispatch orders once payment has been received. If we have not received payment within [7] days, we may cancel your order.
7. Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates, and any changes to dispatch times are shown at the top of the site. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you have given us.
For deliveries outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges, and for making sure the products can be lawfully imported into your country.
The products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed, and we do not offer refunds if you change your mind once an order has been dispatched. If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; we can usually do this before it has been dispatched.
If you are buying as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not affect your legal rights.
9. Loyalty points
Customers with an account can earn loyalty points on orders and redeem them for discounts on future orders, as shown in your cart and at checkout. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and may be removed if an order is cancelled or refunded. We may change or end the loyalty scheme at any time; we will give reasonable notice if we do.
10. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, up to the price you paid for the products concerned. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for any business losses, or for any loss or damage caused by using products in a way that breaches section 2.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Using our website
The content of this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission. You must not misuse the website, for example by introducing viruses or trying to gain unauthorised access to it. We may suspend or change the website at any time.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is significant, you may cancel your order and we will refund you for any products you have not received.

15. Law and disputes
