We deliver worldwide.
Delivery cost
UK orders are sent by tracked delivery for £5.00. For international orders, the delivery cost for your country is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
When your order is dispatched
We dispatch your order once your payment has arrived. Delivery times are estimates, international delivery may take longer depending on the destination, and any changes to dispatch times are shown in the bar at the top of the site.
International orders
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs checks in the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility. Please make sure the products you order can be lawfully imported into your country before you order.
Tracking your order
If you have an account, you can see your orders and their status in My Account. If you checked out as a guest, contact us with your order number and we’ll let you know where your order is.
Check your address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when you order, as we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right.
